Members who do not pre-select all dates they plan to be at the market cannot be guaranteed their preferred booth space.

To receive a credit or refund, Vendor must notify KPM each market week by Wednesday at 5 PM of any changes or cancellations. Last minute cancellations or emergencies may be approved at the Market Manager's discretion. Appeals to any rulings can be submitted to the Board of Directors.
